Description
Controlled strength for yoga and gentle exercise
These adjustable yoga dumbbells are designed for those who want to combine light strength training with stability and body control. They are particularly well suited for yoga, Pilates and rehabilitation, where movements are slow and deliberate.
The weight can easily be adjusted between 1 and 2 kg, making the dumbbells suitable both for beginners and for those who want to gradually increase the load. They are often used to strengthen the arms, shoulders and upper body without placing unnecessary strain on the joints.
For those who also want to focus on grip strength, hand training equipment can be a good complement to daily training.
The dumbbells are easy to take with you, work just as well at home as in a training environment, and provide reliable support during recovery and strength building.

Kniebrace besteld
