Description
Stable, responsive ball for gentle training
This mini Pilates ball is designed to provide extra support and challenge during exercises focusing on balance, posture, and muscle control. The ball is often used between the knees, under the back, or as support in seated and lying positions to activate smaller muscle groups.
Thanks to its responsive structure, the ball is suitable for both gentler forms of exercise, such as yoga and Pilates, and rehabilitative exercises. It is easy to incorporate into everyday workouts and requires minimal space.
For those who want to supplement their yoga training with additional exercises, a thigh and pelvic floor trainer can be a good complement for adding variety to the exercises.

Kniebrace besteld
