Description
Functional training with a focus on stability and control
This ankle resistance band is designed to help you train your lower body in a controlled and effective way. By attaching the bands around your ankles, you can activate your glutes, hips, and legs through movements that strengthen both muscles and stabilizing structures.
The band is particularly suitable for rehabilitation after an injury, but works just as well for preventive training and as a complement to regular strength training. The resistance can be adjusted according to your level and needs, making it easy to gradually increase the load as your strength improves.
The soft cuffs fit comfortably around the ankle and reduce the risk of pressure or chafing during training. Thanks to its compact design, the ankle resistance band is easy to take with you and use both at home and while traveling.
For those who also train balance and foot strength, an ankle support can be a useful everyday complement.

Kniebrace besteld
