Description
Simple big toe training at home
This big toe trainer is a compact exercise tool for anyone who wants to train big toe movement easily at home. As the big toes move outward, the elastic band stretches and creates natural resistance throughout the movement.
The trainer is placed between the feet, with the soft loops around the big toes. The movement is then performed calmly and in a controlled manner by moving the big toes outward against the resistance of the band.
Elastic resistance throughout the movement
The flexible band stretches as the big toes move apart and returns when the movement is released. The design is simple and requires no adjustments, making the trainer convenient to use for shorter training sessions at home.
Compact tool for regular training
The big toe trainer takes up little space and can easily be stored between uses. It works well as part of a regular exercise routine for anyone who wants to focus extra attention on their feet and toes.

Important information: Perform the movement calmly and in a controlled manner without forcing the band. Stop using it if you experience pain, skin irritation, or any other clear discomfort.

Kniebrace besteld
