The color-coded guidance makes the results easier to interpret and, according to Braun, is based on World Health Organization guidelines. The monitor also detects irregular heartbeats. If irregular heartbeats are detected in repeated measurements, Braun recommends that you contact a healthcare professional.
Connect to the Braun Healthy Heart app
Via Bluetooth, ExactFit 5 Connect can be synchronized with the Braun Healthy Heart app. There, you can save your readings and track your progress over time. Braun also states that results can be shared with a doctor via the app.
The blood pressure monitor itself has memory for two users and can store up to 60 measurements per user. Through the app, you gain access to a more comprehensive history of your measurements.
Two cuffs for a better fit
Braun ExactFit 5 Connect comes with two cuff sizes: S/M and L/XL. This makes it possible to choose the cuff that fits your arm best. Braun emphasizes that a correct fit is important for both comfort and accuracy during measurement.
The monitor also uses Braun's soft inflation technology. Blood pressure is measured as the cuff inflates, and the monitor stops tightening once the reading has been taken. The cuff then deflates quickly, which is designed to provide a more comfortable measurement experience.
Average of your latest measurements
The advanced averaging function calculates an average based on the three most recent readings. This provides an additional way to track your blood pressure measurements over time.

Kniebrace besteld
Helaas moest ik aan de brace voor mijn knie. Na goed overleg met mijn fysio kwam ze met Ortopediewinkel en daar heb ik een brace besteld. Na een paar dagen kreeg ik de brace binnen en deze zit echt geweldig. Ik kan mijn trainingen weer hervatten en ik voel dat ik voldoende stevigheid heb bij mijn knie.Het was voor mij een top keuze om hier een brace te bestellen en ik bestel er waarschijnlijk nog één voor extra.
