Description
Massage roller for self-massage and mobility
The HEAD Massage Roller is a practical training tool for anyone who wants to supplement their workouts with self-massage, stretching and mobility exercises. Its cylindrical shape makes it easy to use on several parts of the body, such as the back, thighs, calves and arms.
Textured surface
Unlike a completely smooth foam roller, the HEAD Massage Roller has a textured surface. When you roll your body over the product, it creates more concentrated pressure on the area being massaged. You can easily adjust the intensity of the massage by varying how much of your body weight you place on the roller.
Durable EVA and PVC construction
The massage roller is made of EVA and PVC and has a stable construction designed to retain its shape even with regular use. At the same time, it is compact enough to be used easily at home or taken to the gym.
Use before or after training
Use the massage roller as part of your warm-up, after your workout or separately in connection with stretching and mobility training. It can be used on several larger muscle groups and makes it easy to control the positioning, movement and pressure yourself.

Kniebrace besteld
