Description
Gentle stretch for the sole of your foot and calf - while you rest
The sock fits like a regular knee-high sock, but the elastic strap from the toe up to the band below the knee keeps the foot gently bent upward. This provides a comfortable, passive stretch of the sole of the foot and calf - without you having to hold the position yourself. Perfect for relaxing on the sofa in the evening, after a long day on your feet, or as part of your recovery after running and training.
The material is soft and breathable, and the design is completely free of rigid splints. The strap adjusts continuously with Velcro, so you can start gently and increase the stretch gradually.
How to use the stretch sock
Put on the sock like a regular sock, fasten the band around your lower leg, and tighten the strap until you feel a comfortable stretch - never so tight that it feels constricting. Increase gradually over time. Suitable for both the left and right foot.
See also our range for feet and toes.
Important information: The sock should feel comfortable. Stop using it if you experience numbness, tingling, or any other clear discomfort.

Kniebrace besteld
